De kapel van Onze-Lieve-Vrouw van Guia is een kleine kapel in het centrum van Guimarães, naast de stadsmuur en vlakbij het Alberto Sampaio Museum.
Ze werd gebouwd door de Broederschap van Onze Lieve Vrouw van Troost en Heilige Trappen in 1727 als devotie voor het lijden van Christus.
Naast de kapel werden ook de Zeven Trappen van het Lijden van Christus gebouwd. Tegenwoordig staat er nog maar één op de oorspronkelijke plaats, naast de kapel, aan de linkerkant van de ingang.
De kapel is meestal open, maar wordt beschermd door een klein hek dat de toegang tot het interieur verhindert.
