Monumento dedicado a José Arnaldo Molarinho, más conocido como Gravador Molarinho, famoso orfebre .
Gravador Molarinho nació en Guimarães en 1828 y murió en Oporto en 1907. Sin estudios teóricos, fue autodidacta y se convirtió en un destacado medallista de plata, bronce, cobre, marfil y otros materiales. Sin embargo, se dice que nunca fue Muy aceptado en el mundo del arte porque no tenía título universitario.
El bajorrelieve que lo representa es obra de Teixeira Lopes y el monumento de António de Azevedo. Fue erigido en 1934 por iniciativa de la Sociedad de Defensa y Propaganda de Guimarães e inaugurado en 1935. El monumento lleva la siguiente inscripción: "Tierra de artistas y los artesanos deben a la avidez del trabajo su mejor timbre de gloria". Es una gran estructura de granito.
