L'église de la Sainte-Croix de Canillo est une église historique d'architecture populaire religieuse de l'époque baroque située sur la rive gauche du Valira d'Orient, à son passage par Canillo, sur l'ancien chemin royal où commence le chemin qui mène à Prats. Elle est protégée en tant que bien d'intérêt culturel dans la classification de monument.
L'église fut construite à la fin du XVIIe siècle et au début du XVIIIe siècle. La première référence documentaire date de l'année 1712. Dans le retable baroque figure la date 1739. En 2004, elle a fait l'objet d'une restauration.
