Le parc Leopold à Ostende a été conçu par le paysagiste Louis Fuchs selon le modèle d'un parc anglais, avec des ponts, des allées et des parterres de fleurs. Le parc a été en partie aménagé sur les anciennes murailles de la ville, mais aussi en partie à l'extérieur dans un domaine militaire. Il couvre une superficie d'environ 5 hectares.
