Der Leopoldpark in Oostende wurde vom Gartendesigner Louis Fuchs nach dem Vorbild eines englischen Parks gestaltet, mit Brücken, Wanderwegen und Blumenbeeten. Der Park wurde teilweise über den alten Stadtmauern angelegt, aber auch teilweise außerhalb im militärischen Bereich. Er hat eine Fläche von etwa 5 Hektar.
