Il Leopoldpark a Ostenda è stato progettato dal paesaggista Louis Fuchs secondo il modello di un parco inglese, con ponticelli, sentieri e aiuole fiorite. Il parco è stato parzialmente realizzato sulle vecchie mura della città, ma anche parzialmente al di fuori di esse in un dominio militare. Ha una superficie di circa 5 ettari.
