Le "bois de Koekelare" abrite un arboretum de 8 hectares. Dans le bois, vous pourrez admirer de nombreux arbres monumentaux. Diverses variétés d’arbres et de buissons y sont cultivées. Quelques pins de Koekelare ont 126 ans ! Le bois de Koekelare dispose d’un sentier de promenade pédestre de 4,5 kilomètres et est accessible gratuitement aux promeneurs. Les enfants, qu’ils soient petits ou un peu plus grands, pourront s’amuser sur la belle aire de jeu.
