Le parc était autrefois un domaine de château, le château de style rococo date du 18e siècle. L'aménagement du parc du château date également de cette période. Au 19e siècle, le remarquable belvédère a été érigé sur la colline. Le château a été transformé il y a quelques années en maison de district de Hoboken. Les éléments les plus remarquables dans l'aménagement du parc sont l'allée de hêtres et le grand étang. Il ne reste que des parties de l'original fossé.
