Ancien logement de garde-chasse situé à un embranchement (Heidestraat) au bord du bois de Heide, au nord de la voie ferrée. À l'origine dépendant du soi-disant "Kasteel Poullier" disparu (numéro 7 de Peene). Petite maison en briques à deux étages d'un seul niveau et trois travées sous un toit à deux pentes (tuiles), datant du début du 20ème siècle. Ouvertures murales en forme d'arc en plein cintre sous des bandeaux de briques grises. Deux lucarnes en arc dans les pignons latéraux. Couronne de bord de toit en bois découpé autour du toit en saillie. Four à pain dans les anciennes écuries en pierres de taille à l'arrière.
