Voormalige jachtwachterswoning gelegen aan een slag (Heidestraat) aan het Heidebos, ten noorden van de spoorlijn. Oorspronkelijk afhangend van het verdwenen zogenaamd "Kasteel Poullier" (Peene nummer 7). Bakstenen dubbelhuisje-van één bouwlaag en drie traveeën onder zadeldak (pannen), uit begin 20ste eeuw. Steekboogvormige muuropeningen onder grijze bakstenen booglijsten. Twee rondboogvormige zoldervensters in beide zijpuntgevels. Omlopende uitgesneden houten dakrand aan het overstekend dak. Broodbakoven in de achterliggende hakstenen stallen.
