Casa di guardiani di caccia situata in un guado (Heidestraat) presso il bosco Heide, a nord della linea ferroviaria. Originariamente dipendente dal scomparso cosiddetto "Castello Poullier" (numero 7 Peene). Piccola casa a due piani in mattoni - di un solo piano e tre assi sotto un tetto a due falde (tegole), risalente all'inizio del XX secolo. Aperture murarie a forma di arco a sesto acuto sotto cornici ad arco in mattoni grigi. Due finestre del sottotetto a forma di arco in entrambe le facciate laterali. Cornice del tetto in legno sagomata che circonda il tetto sporgente. Forno a legna nelle stalle in pietra alla retrostante.
