Cannaertstraat n° 17. Ferme historique dite « Kapelhoeve ». Le nom fait référence à l’O.-L.-V situé dans l’allée. de la chapelle Comfort. Ferme du 18ème siècle, indiquée sur la carte Ferraris (1770-1778) et l’Atlas der Buurtwegen (1830). Composants lâches en forme de U regroupés autour d’une cour pavée. Au nord-ouest de la ferme, à la grange est et à l’aile nord-est de l’écurie. Longue ferme étendue de 1830 avec parement en briques peintes en blanc sur socle cueilli. Toit à pignon en tuiles avec cavalier de toit. Grange de montagne frappante de 1730 cf. poutre.
