Smissestraat z.nr. Ancienne berme ferroviaire avec ponts. La ligne de chemin de fer Ostende-Ieper-Armentières est créée entre 1864 et 1873 (approbation parlementaire en avril 1864). En 1963, la ligne de chemin de fer est fermée au transport de passagers, en 1967 pour le transport de marchandises. En 1985, l'ancienne emprise de la ligne de chemin de fer sur le territoire de Torhout est transformée en la "Groene 62" récréative, un chemin de randonnée et de vélo qui est prolongé par le conseil provincial jusqu'à Ostende à partir de 1986. Ponts en arc en briques rouges à trois compartiments. Arches en dessous de double portée, voûtes en briques. Balustrades rénovées. MESTDAGH M., Torhout.
