Dans l'église de Kortenberg se trouve un baptistère en ardent du 17ème siècle avec un couvercle en cuivre, provenant de la première église sur la Curtenbergh (l'église de la montagne de l'abbaye originale). Parmi les anciennes statues, nous rencontrons une madone de style gothique tardif (+/-1500) avec une polychromie néogothique. La représentation baroque du Christ sur la pierre froide était, jusqu'en 1910, contre la façade extérieure. La menuiserie baroque tardive avec deux confessionnaux a été réalisée à Malines en 1788, tout comme le banc des marguilliers du transept droit.
