Le moulin de Combreuil se compose de divers bâtiments qui lui donnent l'aspect d'une exploitation agricole, comprenant entre autres une grange et des écuries.
La roue à aube est attachée sur le pignon du moulin, qui est constitué de pierres calcaires. Ce moulin est un des mieux conservé de la province du Hainaut. Sa machinerie est toujours en bon état.
