Le Sint-Pieterskerk au centre d'Oostkamp contient une tour de passage octogonale romane protégée de la fin du 12ème siècle. Vers 1900, cette église-halle est restaurée et agrandie dans un style néo-gothique.
L'orgue Van Eynde de 1717 est un site patrimonial protégé. A la fin des années 1970, l'orgue semble en mauvais état. Un nouvel orgue plus moderne est installé. L'entreprise Verschueren a restauré l'orgue.
Contre le mur latéral nord, une plaque commémorative commémore les victimes militaires et civiles de la Première Guerre mondiale.
A l'extérieur, du côté nord de l'église, un lapidarium a été construit. Au milieu des années 1970, le cimetière autour de l'église a été déplacé par manque d'espace. Entre autres, le cercle d'histoire locale a contribué au Lapidarium (1987).
