Die Sint-Pieterskerk im Zentrum von Oostkamp enthält einen geschützten romanischen achteckigen Vierungsturm vom Ende des 12. Jahrhunderts. Um 1900 wurde diese Hallenkirche restauriert und im neugotischen Stil erweitert.
Die Van-Eynde-Orgel von 1717 steht unter Denkmalschutz. Ende der 1970er Jahre scheint die Orgel in einem schlechten Zustand zu sein. Eine neue, modernere Orgel wurde eingebaut. Die Orgel wurde von der Firma Verschueren restauriert.
An der nördlichen Seitenwand erinnert eine Gedenktafel an die militärischen und zivilen Opfer des Ersten Weltkriegs.
Draußen, an der Nordseite der Kirche, wurde ein Lapidarium errichtet. Mitte der 1970er Jahre wurde der Friedhof rund um die Kirche aus Platzgründen verlegt. Unter anderem half der Heimatkreis beim Lapidarium (1987).
