Début avril 2013, l'Office de Tourisme a emménagé dans un nouveau bâtiment place Paul-Emile Janson, au pied de la cathédrale. De cette ancienne demeure de chanoine du XIIe siècle au riche passé historique, subsiste la cave voûtée , accessible au public et utilisée pour des expositions temporaires.
Derrière une paroi vitrée et insonorisée se trouve l' auditorium climatisé de 76 places, où sont projetés deux spectacles multimédia d'une vingtaine de minutes : « La Merveilleuse Histoire de Tournai » et « Entre Ciel et Pierre ».
