Anfang April 2013 bezog das Fremdenverkehrsamt ein neues Gebäude am Place Paul-Emile Janson, am Fuße der Kathedrale. Von dieser ehemaligen Domherrenresidenz aus dem 12. Jahrhundert mit reicher historischer Vergangenheit ist noch der Gewölbekeller erhalten, der für die Öffentlichkeit zugänglich ist und für Wechselausstellungen genutzt wird.
Hinter einer schallisolierten Glaswand befindet sich der klimatisierte Zuschauerraum mit 76 Sitzplätzen, in dem zwei etwa zwanzigminütige Multimedia-Spektakel projiziert werden: „ Die wunderbare Geschichte von Tournai “ und „ Zwischen Himmel und Stein “.
