All'inizio di aprile 2013, l'Ufficio del Turismo si è trasferito in un nuovo edificio in Place Paul-Emile Janson, ai piedi della cattedrale. Di questa ex residenza canonica del XII secolo dal ricco passato storico esiste ancora la cantina a volta , accessibile al pubblico e utilizzata per mostre temporanee.
Dietro una parete di vetro e insonorizzata si trova l' auditorium climatizzato da 76 posti, dove vengono proiettati due spettacoli multimediali della durata di circa venti minuti: “ La meravigliosa storia di Tournai ” e “ Tra cielo e pietra ”.
