A principis d'abril de 2013, l'Oficina de Turisme es va traslladar a un nou edifici a la plaça Paul-Emile Janson, als peus de la catedral. D'aquesta antiga residència del canonge del segle XII amb un ric passat històric, encara existeix el celler amb volta , accessible al públic i destinat a exposicions temporals.
Darrere d'un mur de vidre insonoritzat hi ha l' auditori climatitzat de 76 seients, on es projecten dos espectacles multimèdia d'uns vint minuts de durada: “ La meravellosa història de Tournai ” i “ Entre el cel i la pedra ”.
