Dans la Fromagerie du Gros Chêne du maître fromager Daniël Cloots, environ trente sortes de fromages différents sont fabriquées. La gamme comprend des fromages de brebis, de chèvre et au lait de vache. Tous les fromages, sauf quelques petits fromages de chèvre, sont à base de lait cru et biologique. Le lait provient de différentes fermes des environs immédiats. Les produits sont vendus directement dans le magasin, aux magasins spécialisés et aux restaurants. On travaille autant que possible de manière écologique.
