Le col du Simplon est un col des Alpes suisses situé dans le canton du Valais. Situé à 2 006 mètres, il fait partie de la route principale 9, menant de Brigue à la frontière italienne, puis par la SS33, à Stresa. La déclivité moyenne est de 9 %. Le col est ouvert toute l'année et connaît à un important trafic de poids lourds.
Le col du Simplon se trouve entre les Alpes valaisannes à l'ouest et les Alpes lépontines à l'est.
