L'Hôtel Elephant est un hôtel de luxe à Weimar et fait partie de la marque Autograph Collection de Marriott International. L'établissement comprend également le restaurant gastronomique Anna Amalia, récompensé par une étoile Michelin depuis 2003, dirigé par Marcello Fabbri, ainsi que le restaurant Elephantenkeller, spécialisé dans la cuisine thuringienne.
Il a été fondé en 1696 en tant qu'auberge sur la place du marché par le maître de bouche princier Christian Andreas Barritig. Peu après, l'auberge a été transformée en station de poste et agrandie pour accueillir des commerçants et des voyageurs. Dès 1711, le géographe et polyhistorien Johann Gottfried Gregorii, alias Melissantes, dans son guide régional et de voyage baroque Das jetzt florirende Thüringen, recommandait de séjourner à l'Auberge Elephant.
