À Vreden, au Kirchplatz 14, se trouve le nouveau centre culturel et historique « kult – Culture et tradition vivante du Westmünsterland », conçu et construit conjointement par le Landkreis Borken et la ville de Vreden dans le cadre de la « Regionale 2016 ».
Le nouveau centre culturel et historique « kult – Culture et tradition vivante du Westmünsterland », conçu et construit conjointement par le Landkreis Borken et la ville de Vreden dans le cadre de la « Regionale 2016 » au Kirchplatz 14, a été inauguré à l'été 2017.
C'est l'établissement successeur du Musée Hamaland et de l'Institut de géographie. De nouveaux ajouts sont les archives historiques du Landkreis Borken et de la ville de Vreden.
