Le lac de Bant est un lac situé dans la région administrative de la Frise, au nord de l’État de Basse-Saxe. Il a une longueur d’environ 2,5 km et une largeur d’un demi-kilomètre.
Il faisait à l’origine partie d’un port créé à Jade Bay à des fins industrielles et militaires, pour stocker des installations navales et comme base pour les sous-marins. Il est actuellement séparé du port et est utilisé principalement à des fins touristiques et récréatives.
