L'Hôpital Universitaire d'Aix-la-Chapelle à Aix-la-Chapelle est, après le Campus Gasthuisberg de l'Hôpital Universitaire de Louvain, le plus grand hôpital d'Europe situé dans un seul bâtiment. Le complexe est situé dans le quartier de Laurensberg, juste de l'autre côté de la frontière germano-néerlandaise près de Vaals. Le complexe fait partie de la RWTH Aix-la-Chapelle. L'hôpital a été conçu par le cabinet d'architectes aixois Weber + Brand et a été officiellement ouvert en 1985. Le coût total de construction s'élevait à plus de 2 milliards de DM.
