En haut à gauche se trouve la Fernsehturm de 365 mètres de haut . Depuis le restaurant tournant dans la 'bulle', vous pouvez voir loin au-delà de la ville. Et inversement : se perdre à Berlin est presque impossible avec ce point de repère construit en 1969. Cette tour constitue le véritable centre de Berlin Alexanderplatz. La partie la plus animée de cette place, avec Kaufhof et des bureaux, se trouve de l'autre côté de la voie.
