Le Château d'Aixa est constitué des restes de l'ancien château situé dans la sierra du Castellet d'Aixa, dans la partie la plus élevée de Beniquesi, un endroit situé dans la commune d'Alcalalí, à 600 mètres d'altitude, entre la Losa de Camacho et Jalón qui englobe toute la Vallée de Pop.
