Zumaia en basque ou Zumaya en espagnol est une commune du Guipuscoa dans la communauté autonome du Pays basque en Espagne.
Zumaia est située à l'embouchure du fleuve Urola et à proximité de la ville de Deba avec laquelle elle est reliée par une côte à falaises plissées comparable à celle de la "corniche basque" en France. C'est une station balnéaire disposant de deux belles plages et équipée d'un centre de thalassothérapie.
