Rubalcaba est un village de Cantabrie appartenant à la municipalité de Liérganes, et un nom de famille provenant de ce même lieu. Rubalcaba se situe à deux kilomètres de Liérganes et en 2008, il comptait 156 habitants. Il dispose d'un ensemble architectural baroque d'intérêt, où se trouve la maison de Miera-Rubalcaba. Dans le mur de cette propriété se trouve le calvaire connu sous le nom de Croix de Rubalcaba, construit en 1712 et déclaré Bien d'Intérêt Culturel en 1994. Il possède également l'église de Santa María de la Blanca.
