Rubalcaba is een dorp in Cantabrië dat behoort tot de gemeente Liérganes, en een achternaam die afkomstig is uit dezelfde plaats. Rubalcaba ligt op twee kilometer van Liérganes en telde in 2008 156 inwoners. Het beschikt over een barok architectonisch geheel van belang, waarin het huis van Miera-Rubalcaba is opgenomen. In de muur van dit landgoed bevindt zich het kruis dat bekend staat als het Kruis van Rubalcaba, gebouwd in 1712 en in 1994 uitgeroepen tot Cultureel Erfgoed. Het heeft ook de kerk van Santa María de la Blanca.
