Rubalcaba er en landsby i Cantabria, der tilhører kommunen Liérganes, og et efternavn, der stammer fra samme sted. Rubalcaba ligger to kilometer fra Liérganes og havde i 2008 156 indbyggere registreret. Det har en vigtig barok arkitektonisk kompleks, hvor huset Miera-Rubalcaba kan indgå. I muren af denne ejendom findes korset kendt som Rubalcaba-korset, der blev bygget i 1712 og udnævnt til kulturarv i 1994. Det har også kirken Santa María de la Blanca.
