Rubalcaba è un paese della Cantabria che appartiene al comune di Liérganes, e un cognome che proviene da esso. Rubalcaba dista due chilometri da Liérganes e nel 2008 contava 156 abitanti registrati. Dispone di un complesso architettonico barocco di interesse in cui è inquadrabile la casa di Miera-Rubalcaba. Nella muraglia di questa proprietà si trova il crocifisso conosciuto come la Croce di Rubalcaba, costruito nel 1712 e dichiarato Bene di Interesse Culturale nel 1994. Possiede anche la chiesa di Santa Maria la Bianca.
