Les eaux du Lac de Cazaux sont réputées calmes et propices à la baignade pour petits et grands. La plage de Laouga est un petit paradis à l’abri du monde urbain. Elle offre baignade en toute sécurité et un moment agréable allongé sur le sable fin (parking gratuit, toilettes publiques, tables de pique-nique). La plage est surveillée de début juillet à fin août.
