Poursuivant la tradition paysanne familiale, Simon LEMARIE développe depuis 2015 une production de cidres et spiritueux élaborée avec les pommes de ses vergers.
Conduite entièrement en Agriculture Biologique, la ferme se compose de 4 Hectares d'arbres trentenaires et 8 Hectares d'arbres plantés depuis 2015, soit au total 5000 arbres!
Les pommes rentrant dans l'élaboration des cidres sont toutes des variétés anciennes et locales.
Le produit phare de la gamme est le Cidricchus Original, un cidre de caractère équilibré et fruité.
