Portando avanti la tradizione agricola di famiglia, dal 2015 Simon Lemarie ha sviluppato la produzione di sidri e liquori a base di mele coltivate nei suoi frutteti.
L'azienda, gestita interamente con metodi di agricoltura biologica, è composta da 4 ettari di alberi trentennali e 8 ettari di alberi piantati dal 2015, per un totale di 5.000 alberi!
Le mele utilizzate per produrre i sidri sono tutte varietà antiche e locali.
Il prodotto di punta della gamma è il Cidricchus Original, un sidro dal carattere equilibrato e fruttato.
