Le Château VARI est un domaine viticole familial qui s’étend sur 20 hectares dans l’aire d’Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée Monbazillac et Bergerac.
Depuis 1994, Sylvie et Yann JESTIN produisent, sur un terroir argilo-calcaire, des vins francs de caractère, bien équilibrés et d’une grande finesse.
Les vins sont biologiques et certifiés depuis millésime 2012, ( Ecocert)
Soucieuse de la qualité des produits mais également respectueuse du terroir, la famille JESTIN a toujours exploité son domaine en privilégiant l'équilibre et la diversité de la faune et de la flore.
