Après des études de cuisine dans les Landes, Alexis a eu la chance de faire partie de l'équipe du Moulin de Poustagnacq à Saint-Paul-Lès-Dax puis du restaurant des Voisins à Salies-de-Béarn. Il a ensuite eu le privilège d'intégrer la brigade du chef Etchebest pour 3 années pendant lesquelles il a pu évoluer et occuper différents postes. L'appel de la région était trop fort, il est donc revenu au pays avec un passage à la table Maison Ruffet de Stéphane Carrade.
Les bagages bien remplis, Alexis installe aujourd'hui son activité de chef privé pour venir cuisiner chez vous !
