Très bel appartement de 2 pièces principales entièrement rénové en 2008. Aménagement moderne.
Un beau séjour ouvrant sur balcon. Coin salon avec canapé et téléviseur. Espace cuisine intégré (plaque de cuisson 3 feux gaz, hotte, four multifonctions, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur/congélateur, placards).
Un petit cellier attenant avec lave-linge séchant.
Une chambre avec placard et 1 lit 160 cms ouvrant sur loggia sud équipée d'une petite table, 2 chaises et 1 transat.
Une belle salle d'eau (grande cabine de douche, vasque, wc).
Attention : nécessité de descendre 7 marches depuis l'entrée de l'appartement pour accéder au séjour.
Appartement très bien situé. Calme tout en étant au centre de la ville. Très bien équipé.
Animaux non admis.
