De Pierre Poggioli en 1956 à Jean-Pierre, depuis 1980, le savoir-faire, à l'instar de notre cassoulet, plat roi chez nous, se transmet de père en fils.
La Belle Epoque, c'est une cuisine traditionnelle avec un grain de fantaisie au bon goût des produits de terroir.
Spécialités Cassoulet, foie gras mi-cuit, filet de boeuf aux morilles. Cassoulet à emporter sur commande. Restaurant fermé durant les vacances scolaires de février.
