Lenham est un village de marché et une paroisse civile dans le Kent, situé sur le bord sud des North Downs, à mi-chemin entre Maidstone et Ashford. La place pittoresque du village a deux pubs, quelques restaurants et un salon de thé. Lenham a une population de 3 370 habitants selon le recensement de 2011.
Le village est à la source principale du Great Stour et le Stour Valley Walk commence ici, se dirigeant vers Ashford et Canterbury, puis vers la Manche près de Sandwich. C'est également la source de la rivière Len, qui coule en direction ouest pour rejoindre la rivière Medway à Maidstone.
