La Stadsgracht est le principal canal de la ville de Sneek dans la commune frisonne de Súdwest-Fryslân.
Le canal entoure la vieille ville et est composé du Koopmansgracht, Prinsengracht, Waterpoortsgracht, Kerkgracht, Prins Hendrikkade et Jousterkade. À l'intérieur de la Stadsgracht dans le centre se trouvent le Grootzand, Kleinzand et Leeuwenburg. La Franekervaart, la Zwette, la Sneeker Oudvaart, le Zomerrak, la Woudvaart et la Geeuw se jettent dans la Stadsgracht.
