La Heide de Stramproy est une zone naturelle située à l'ouest de Stramproy, dans la province néerlandaise du Limbourg.
Il s'agit d'une ancienne zone de bruyère et de sable mouvant avec des hauteurs allant jusqu'à 35 mètres. Au début du 20e siècle, elle a été reboisée avec des pins. Aujourd'hui, elle est transformée en une forêt feuillue plus naturelle. Il y a également dans la forêt des parcelles de terrain à bâtir et de prairies. Sur les petits champs, se pratique notamment la culture écologique du seigle d'hiver.
