L'accident d'un B-52 à Goldsboro est un accident d'aviation survenu le 24 janvier 1961 dont la singularité réside dans le fait que l'aéronef transportait deux ogives thermonucléaires opérationnelles.
À la suite de la perte rapide de carburant, un avion Boeing B-52G Stratofortress emportant deux ogives thermonucléaires W39 est abandonné par son équipage et s'est écrasé près de Goldsboro dans l'État de Caroline du Nord aux États-Unis,. Livré à lui-même, l'avion s'est mis à tournoyer et s'est brisé à une altitude de 600 m.
