Il molto antico villaggio di Ocquier (600 abitanti) si trova sull'altopiano del Condroz nella valle del Néblon, un affluente dell'Ourthe. In Chienrue, la strada in cui nel 1653 ci fu una violenta battaglia contro le truppe francesi di Condé, si trova la piccola chiesa romanica di St. Remaclus. La torre, in cui i paesani si rifugiavano in caso di pericolo, risale al XVII secolo, il cortile dei monaci all'XI secolo. L'hotel Castel de Val d'Or, una vecchia fattoria e punto di cambio per cavalli, è stato ricostruito dopo la distruzione ad opera dei francesi.
