Grammene è un villaggio nella provincia belga di Fiandre Orientali e una frazione di Deinze. È un villaggio rurale lungo il fiume Leie e l'Oude Mandel, nella Fiandra Zandlemig. Grammene è stato menzionato per la prima volta nel 1121, come Grimmine, che significherebbe qualcosa come cupo. La signoria di Grammene apparteneva nel XII e XIII secolo alla famiglia Grammina; nel XIV secolo a Van Schuurvelde; alla fine del XIV secolo a De Tolenaare; dalla seconda metà del XV alla prima metà del XVII secolo a De Beer; a Vanden Heede e ai baroni di Poeke nel XVIII secolo.
