La parte del paesaggio sul territorio di Anversa è più frammentata rispetto a quella nei Paesi Bassi. Accanto al nucleo storico di Zandvliet si trova una tenuta distintiva. Il produttore di vele di Anversa, Kums, fece costruire qui nel XIX secolo un castello con annessa tenuta. Il Hof di Kums è un edificio eclettico con cupole di vetro e torri. Durante la prima guerra mondiale, la torre fu abbassata dai tedeschi e fu costruito un bunkers in calcestruzzo armato.
