Chiesa del centro di Brasschaat situata in una piazza quasi triangolare all'incrocio tra Breda- e Miksebaan. Già nel quarto trimestre del 15° secolo la cappella fu dedicata a Sant'Antonio, dipendente dalla parrocchia di Ekeren. Nelly 1803 elevata temporaneamente a parrocchia autonoma, ufficialmente istituita nel 1833. Cappella del 1771, ampliata nel 1839 (navata trasversale e coro), su progetto dell'architetto Ferdinand Berckmans, torre del 1864-65 (vedi iscrizione) secondo il piano di Eugeen Gife e navate laterali del 1871-72 (secondo l'iscrizione) anch'esse su progetto di Eugeen Gife. Restaurata nel 1978 su progetto dell'architetto P. Van Hoenacker.
