Iglesia del centro de Brasschaat situada en una plaza casi triangular en la bifurcación de las carreteras Breda y Mikse. Ya en el cuarto trimestre del siglo XV, la capilla fue dedicada a San Antonio, dependiente de la parroquia de Ekeren. En 1803 se elevó temporalmente a parroquia independiente, estableciéndose definitivamente en 1833. Capilla de 1771, ampliada en 1839 (nave transversal y coro), según el diseño del arquitecto Ferdinand Berckmans, torre de 1864-65 (ver inscripción) según el plan de Eugeen Gife y naves laterales de 1871-72 (según inscripción), también según el diseño de Eugeen Gife. Restaurada en 1978 según el diseño del arquitecto P. Van Hoenacker.
